FAQ

How do I know if I need a mold inspection?

  • After flood or water damage
  • Indoor odors
  • Visible mold (black stains)
  • Flu like symptoms or allergies
  • After a house was left vacant for some period of time

Does mold growth occur in all water damage situations?

No.  In most water damage situations mold growth is not a problem.  But it is important to inspect the water-affected areas to make sure mold growth does not remain undetected.

When should I clean my air ducts?

  • If ductwork contains visible mold buildup
  • If debris is coming out of supply registers
  • If you are suffering from unexplained allergies or illness
  • If you think your ducts are dirty!  Just because you can’t see air doesn’t mean it’s necessarily clean.
